ASSOCIATION OWNS THE LAND WHERE THE
TRAILER SITS. THEY HAVE INFORMATION ON
THE OWNER'S SON AND STATED THAT HE WILL
BE SENDING THE TITLE TO THEM AND THAT
THE ASSOCIATION INTENDS TO REMOVE THE
MOBILE HOME. I WILL BE SENDINIG THEM A
COPY OF SY'S SHC REPORT VIA E MAIL TO
BRANDI OAKS E MAIL

THE
CASE FOR REI AFTER 30 DAYS. IF NO

WITH A GLASS ROOM BUILT ON THE WEST SIDE
AND A CARPORT BUILT ON THE EAST SIDE OF
THE MOBILE HOME. THE WINDOWS WERE IN
PLACE ALTHOUGH THEY DID NOT OPERATE
PROPERLY. THERE ARE SEVERAL LEAKS IN
THE ROOF AND THE CEILING IN THE LIVING
ROOM HAS FALLEN DOWN DUE TO THESE LEAKS.
THERE ARE ALSO SEVERAL ROTTEN PLACES IN
THE WALL WHERE WATER HAS RUN DOWN AND
ROTTED THE PANELING AND WALL STUDS.
THERE ARE ALSO WEAK SPOTS IN THE FLOOR.
THIS HOME APPEARS TO BE ABANDONED AS
THERE ARE NO CLOTHES IN THE HOME AND NO
FURNITURE EXCEPT ON THE PROCH. DUE TO
THE NEGLECTED AND UNSAFE CONDITION OF
THE MOBILE HOME, I RECOMMEND REMOVAL
FROM THE PROPERTY.
