SHOWN THE BLD PERMIT FOR THE FENCE THAT
IT STATES 6' MAX. SHE HAD SOME LANGUAUGE
BARRIER PROBLEMS BUT WE TRIED TO
COMMUNICATE THE BEST WE COULD. SHE SAYS
THAT SHE HAS FILLED IN WITH FILL DIRT
ALL AROUND THE FENCE AND IF IT IS
MEASURED FROM THE INSIDE OF THE FENCE IT
IS 6' ALL THE WAY AROUND. TRIED TO
EXPLAIN TO HER THAT SHE HAS TO BRING IN
FILL DIRT TO FILL IN THE ENTIRE BACKYARD
IN ORDER TO BRING THE FENCE UP TO CODE.
SHE CAN'T JUST FILL IN AROUND THE FENCE
TO WANT THE FENCE TO BE HIGHER. SHE SAYS
THE FILL COST A LOT OF MONEY. TOLD HER
SHE SHOULD HAVE FILLED IN THE YARD FIRST
THEN PUT UP THE FENCE. SHE HAD A SURVEY
BUT HER PAPERS GOT WET AFTER HURRICANES
SO SHE NO LONGER HAS A COPY AND SHE
DOESN'T KNOW WHAT CO. DID THE SURVEY SO
SHE CAN'T GO GET ANOTHER COPY. SHE SAYS
SHE KNOWS WHERE THE MARKERS ARE. TOLD
HER THAT SHE ALSO HAS TO GO UP TO
ENGINEERING DEPT. TO CHECK WITH THEM
