ROOM HAD STRONG SMELL OF GAS AND PAINT.
THERE WAS A LARGE FAN IN WALL, WHICH HE
SAID IS FOR THE GAS FUMES FROM THE LAWN
MOWER. HAD YARD TOOLS, A TABLE WITH
TOOLS AND SPRAY PAINT CANS ON IT. GAVE
UNTIL MAY 28, 2013 TO CORRECT. BSS/HO

THE DOORS AND HOOD WERE OFF THE CAR.
ASKED ABOUT THE ENCLOSED ROOM. HE SAID
IT WAS A SCREEN ROOM BUT THERE HAVE BEEN
BREAK IN IN THE AREA AND HE HAS HIS
RAKES, AND YARD TOOLS IN THERE. ASKED
HIM IF HE WOULD HAVE A PROBLEM SHOWING
CE THE ROOM AND HE SAID HE WAS ABOUT TO
HEAD OUT TO A SHOW? HE WANTED CE TO
COME BACK IN TWO HOURS. MADE APPOINTMENT
TO COME BACK AND LOOK AT ROOM ON MONDAY,
APRIL 29TH AT 9:00AM. HE ALSO ALLOWED ME
TO LOOK AT ALL CARS ON PROPERTY, THE
ONES OUT FRONT ALL HAVE CURRENT TAGS BUT
WHEN LEAVING SAW ONE IN BACKYARD WITH NO
TAG. HE SAID HE NEVER GOT THE RED TAG
FROM THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. TOLD HIM
THAT ANYTHING THAT YOU ALTER, ADD OR
CONSTRUCT ON YOUR PROPERTY HAS TO HAVE A
BLD. PERMIT, THAT HE WILL NEED TO GET
WITH BLD. DEPT. BSS/15 MINS.

PERMIT AND ZONING TO VERIFY THIS WAS AN
APPROVED USE FOR THIS AREA. I WILL
CONTACT A CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER TO
NOTIFY THEM OF THIS ACTIVITY.
