PROPERTY PLANTED CLOSE TOGETHER AT APRX
12 FOOT INTERVALS. THE GROWTH OF LEAVES
HAVE FORMED AN APPEARENCE OF A HEDGE.
NEED TO CHECK WITH PLANNING/CE STAFF TO
VERIFY IF THIS IS A VIOLATION OF HEDGE
HEIGHT. THE PROPERTY ALSO HAS PLACED
SEVERAL DISCARDED BOXES, CHAIR,
MATTERESS, ETC THAT IS A VIOLATION OF
NUISANCE ACCUMULATIOON. MS GROFF STATED
THAT THE ITEMS ARE IN BACK YARD WAITINIG
FOR BULK PICK UP FROM CHOICE. GAVE TEN
DAYS VERBAL TO REMOVE THE SOLID WASTE.
AS TO THE COMPLAINT OF NOISE, THERE WAS
NO HIGH PITCH OR ANY SOUND EMITTINIG
FROM THE PROPERTY. ADVISED THAT I WOULD
RECONTACT MS GROFF WITHIN TWO WEEKS
CONCERNING THE DEBRIS AND HEDGE. I ALSO
LEFT A B/C AT MS BERRY'S RESIDENCE AND
WALKED BACK YARD. SHE WAS NOT HOME.
THERE IS A FENCE LINE STRUBG, BUT IT
APPEARS ANT POSTS OR POSSIBLE
ENCROACHMENTS, ARE MINIMAL, IF AT ALL
MOST LIKELY, THEY ARE ON THE PROPERTY
LINE. I SAW NO SURVEY STAKES IN GROUND
AND CANNOT DETERMINE IF AN ENCROACHMENT
