THE EAST SIDE OF THE HOME HAS BEEN
REBUILT BUT STILL NEEDS THE RAILING
INSTALLED AROUND THE EDGE OF THE DECK.
THE INTERIOR REPAIRS ARE COMPLETE BUT
DUE TO HIGH WATER IN THE AREA THE OWNER
HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO COMPLETE SOME TRIM
WORK AND THE RAILING. I BELIEVE ONCE
THE WATER RECEEDS THIS WILL BE DONE AND
WILL COMPLETE THE ITEMS FOR THE BUILDING
DEPARTMENT.

VACANT DOUBLE WIDE MOBILE HOME IN POOR
CONDITION. THE WINDOWS ARE INTACT AND
MOST WERE COVERED OVER. THE WOODEN
DECKS THAT WERE OUTSIDE THE MOBILE HOME
DOORS WERE ROTTEN AND MISSING SOME
BOARDS. THE "BOTTOM BOARD" WAS FALLING
DOWN AND THE INSULATION HAS FALLENOUT
OF
THE FLOOR AREA. THERE ARE SOME WEAK
SPOTS IN THE EXTERIOR WALL FROM
POSSIBLE
LEAKS IN THE ROOF. THERE ARE SOME
PIERS
LEANING DUE TO WATER WASHING SOIL FROM
UNDER THEM. THE TIE DOWN STRAPPING IS
ALL RUSTED OFF THE ANCHORS EXCEPT FOR
TWO ANCHORS; THIS MAKES THE MOBILE HOME
AN UNSAFE UNIT. DUE TO THE NEGLECT OF
THIS HOME AND THE LACK OF PROPER
ANCHORING I RECOMMEND REMOVAL FROM THE
PROPERTY.
