RV ON THIS PROPERTY AND THEY ARE LIVING IN THE RV
/ ALSO COMPLAINED THAT THEY TOOK THEIR OLD MOBILE
HOME AND MADE A SHED OUT OF IT WITHOUT PERMITS AND
THE PLACED ANOTHER MOBILE ON THE PROPERTY WITHOUT
PERMITS I HAVE KEYED IN COMPLAINT FOR THE BUILDING
DEPARTMENT FOR THOSE COMPLAINTS FOR SY TO INSPECT
/COMPLAINTANT LIVES NEXT DOOR AND HE IS NOT HAPPY
ALSO TOLD HIM TO CALL HEALTH DEPT BECAUSE HE WAS
WORRIED ABOUT SEWER AND THAT IS A SEPERATE
DEPARTMENT/ I EXPLAINED HOW MUCH WE COULD HANDLE
(RV) AND THAT WE WILL SEND BLDG OUT ON OTHER

LIVE IN THE RV UNLESS IT IS THEIR
SPECIFIC RV, NOT THE OWNERS RV. I ALSO
RETURNED CALL OF COMPLAINANT AND HE
INDICATED THAT THE RV WAS CONNECTED TO
THE POWER LAST NIGHT, I ADVISED HIM
THAT SHOULD HE FEEL THEY ARE STAYING IN
RV AFTER HOURS, PLEASE ADVISE AND I WILL
DO AN AFTER HOURS INSPECTTION PER

THAT CE HAD DONE NOTHING ABOUT REMOVING
THE RV FOR 7 MONTHS OR ADDRESSING THE
ISSUE OF TWO MOBILE HOMES ON PROPERTY
WITHOUT PERMITS.. TRIED TO READ HIM
NOTES FROM THREE CASES, BUT PHONE KEPT
RINGING AND HE KEPT DIRECTING
CONVERSATION,BUT OCCIASIOLALLY ALLOWING
SOME INTERACTION. FEELS THAT CE
POSSIBLY SITTING BEHIND DESK DOING
NOTHING. STATED IF WE DO NOT TAKE ANY
ACTION TO ADDRESS COMPLAINT, HE WILL
REPORT US TO TALLAHASSEE. HE IS TIRED
OF FREE LOADERS COMMING TO THE STATE
AND NOT PAYING TAXES. HE WAS
FRUSTRATED
THAT THE RV IS BEING STORED ON PROPERTY
NOT OWNED BY THE RESIDENCE - BUT HER
SON
FROM PA. ALSO STATED THAT THEY ARE
LYING ABOUT NOT LIVING IN CAMPER AS HE
HAS PICTURES OF THEM AT ALL HOURS OF THE
DAY/EVENING. HE ALSO IS UPSET BECAUSE
OF A PRIOR CONVERSATION THAT HE ADVISED
THE RV WAS NOT OWNED BY MS BURNS, BUT
HER SON AND I ADVISED HIM IF NO ONE WAS
LIVING IN RV, IT WOULD BE ALLRIGHT TO
PARK IT HIS MOTHER'S PLACE. ADVISED
THAT HE WILL ADVERTISE FOR FREE RV
PARKING ON HIS LOTS SHOULD WE NOT TAKE
ACTION AND HAVE HIS ATTORNEY SUE US. I
ADVISED HIM THAT CE WOULD REVISIT THE
PROPERTY NEXT WEEK AND CITE IF RV IS NOT
OWNED BY RESIDENT.HE HUNG UP. PRIOR TO
FINISHING NOTES MR BRENZA CALLED AGAIN
RESTATING ABOVE. ALSO ADVISED THAT HE
FEELS ALL OF COUNTY GOVT IS ON THE TAKE
FOR NOT TAKING SWIFT ACTION. /HO 30
03-27-201301:55 PMUPDATE/NOTES3-27-13 JERRY BREZINA CALLED,
863-464-0451. HE IS VERY UPSET THAT THE
PEOPLE KEEP STATING THAT THEY ARE NOT
LIVING IN THE MOTOR HOME/RV, HE HAS
TAKEN PICTURES OF THEM COMING OUT OF THE
RV AS EARLY AS 6AM. HE STATES THEY HAVE
BEEN LIVING IN THE RV FOR 7 MONTHS.
UPSET THAT IT TAKES CE SO LONG TO GET TO
PROPERTIES TO INSPECT THEM. HE SAYS HE
CALLED BEFORE FEB. BUT CASE WAS NOT
ENTERED? FEELS CE IS NOT DOING THEIR
JOB AND DOESN'T UNDERSTAND WHY CE CAN'T
GET THESE PEOPLE TO REMOVE THE RV AND
MOVE OFF THE PROPERTY. HE WOULD ASK
QUESTIONS BUT WOULD INTERRUPT AND
WOULDN'T GIVE YOU TIME TO ANSWER AND
WOULD START RAISING HIS VOICE AGAIN,
COULDN'T REALLY GET A WORD IN WITH HIM.
JUST LISTENED TO HIM GO ON, AND ON ABOUT
HOW BAD CE IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB AND
GOING TO CALL TALLAHASSEE ON THE COUNTY
IF THE RV IS NOT MOVED OUT OF THERE THIS
WEEK. HE SAID HE WANTS HOWARD TO RETURN
HIS CALL TODAY. TRIED TO TELL HIM THAT
CE WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO GET RV MOVED THIS
WEEK AND THAT THE COUNTY IS CLOSED FOR
HOLIDAY ON FRIDAY BUT HE HAD ALREADY
HUNG UP ON ME. BSS

HE STATED THERE IS ALSO A RV PARKED ON
THE
PROPERTY AND SOMEONE IS LIVING
AND SLEEPING IN THE RV FOR OVER SIX
MONTHS NOW. HE SAYS HE SEES THEM GOING
INTO THE RV IN THE EVENING AND LEAVING
IN THE MORNINGS. HE WOULD LIKE A
RETURN CALL JERRY BREZINA, 250 HILLSIDE
