ONE) IS NEW WITHOUT TAGS AND LARGER RV IS HOOKED
UP TO ELECTRICITY AND RAW SEWAGE IS BEING DUMPED
OUT ON THE GROUND ON A REGULAR BASIS. SON IS
LIVING IN THE RV ON THE WEEKENDS WITH HIS
GIRLFRIEND. MOVED RV FROM THE SIDE TO THE FRONT
AFTER IT WAS IN COMPLIANCE PREVIOUSLY. ALSO, FORD
TRUCK IN BACK WITH FLAT TIRE (INOPERABLE) AND
EXPIRED TAGS ALSO A PILE OF LUMBER IN BACK YARD
FOR 3 YEARS. CALLER WAS BARRY PARKER, 6 MARY BELL
LANDING RD., 381-9059 (CELL PHONE) OR 655-3030
(HOME PHONE). MR. PARKER WOULD LIKE THE OFFICER

DISCUSSED THE VECHILES, I EXPLAINED THAT
THE VEHICLES HAVE ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A
VALID TAG AND IN RUNNING ORDER. HE
STATED THAT ALL THE VEHICLES ARE IN
RUNNING ORDER EXCEPT FOR ONE VEHICLE AND
ALL THE VEHICLES HAVE VALID TAGS. I
ASKED HIM IF HE HAS A GARAGE OR KNOWS OF
A FRIEND
WHERE HE COULD PLACE THE VEHICLE IN AN
ENCLOSED GARAGE. HE STATED THAT A
FRIEND
OF HIS IS GOING TO PURCHASE THE
VEHICLE,
SO HE WILL MOVE IT INTO THEIR GARAGE.

INFORMED HIM THAT APRIL WILL BE
COMPLETING AN ADDITIONAL SITE INSPECTION
AND AT THAT TIME, SHOW TO APRIL THAT THE
VEHICLES ARE IN RUNNING ORDER TO ALLOW
HER TO CLOSE THIS PORTION OF THE CASE.
