SIGNS OF LEAKS IN THE CEILING OR WALLS.
ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS ARE INTACT AND
APPEAR TO WORK CORRECTLY. THERE IS A
POOL AND SCREEN ENCLOSURE ON THE REAR OF
THE HOME. THERE IS SOME DAMAGE TO THE
ALUMINUM FRAMEWORK AND SOME MISSING
SCREEN PANELS. THERE IS A WOODEN
BARRIER BUILT OVER THE POOL TO PREVENT
ENTRY INTO THE WATER. I DROPPED MOSQUITO
PELLETS IN THE POOL WHILE AT THE SITE.
HOUSE APPEARS TO BE LIVABLE AND REPAIRS
TO THE SCREEN FRAMING WILL RETURN POOL
AREA TO USEFUL CONDITION. THE POOL WILL
NEED TO BE CONDITIONED AND CLEAN WATER
ADDED TO BE USEABLE.
