METAL ROOF AND IS IN FAIRLY GOOD
CONDITION. THERE WERE NO SIGNS OF
LEAKS
IN THE CEILING OR THE WALLS. THERE
WERE
3 OR 4 WINDOWS THAT HAVE BEEN KNOCKED
OUT BY VANDALS AND THESE HAVE BEEN
BOARDED OVER AND WILL NEED TO BE
REPLACED. THE FRONT DOOR IS INTACT AND
IN GOOD CONDITION, BUT THE REAR DOOR
JAMB HAS BEEN BROKEN AND THE DOOR NO
LONGER LOCKS. THIS WILL NEED TO BE
REPAIRED. THERE IS SOME INTERIOR
DAMAGE
TO TEH DRYWALL THAT WILL NEED REPAIR
ALSO. THERE IS AN OLD STORAGE BUILDING
IN THE REAR YARD THAT IS FALLING OVER.
THE WALLS ARE ROTTEN AND MOST OF THE
SIDING HAS ROTTED OFF. THE OLD WOOD
FLOOR IS ROTTEN ALSO. THIS IS AN
UNSAFE
STRUCTURE AND NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM
THE PROPERTY.
