BUILDING ON THE NE CORNER OF THE
PROPERTY. THE DOORS HAVE BEEN REMOVED
FROM IT AND IT IS FULL OF TRASH ALSO.
THERE ARE WINDOWS AND DOORS IN THE HOME
AND SOME OF THE WINDOWS DO NOT OPERATE
PROPERLY. THERE WERE NO SIGNS OF LEAKS
OR ROTTEN WALLS. THE REAR DOOR IS
FALLING APART AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED.
THE REAR PORCH ROOF IS ROTTING AWAY AND
NEEDS TO BE REMOVED. THE SHEATHING
BOARDS AND RAFTERS ARE IN VERY BAD
CONDITION. THERE ARE SOME HOLES IN THE
INTERIOR WALLS THAT NEED TO BE
REPAIRED.
