TAX ROLL STATING THERE IS A CBS SHED ON
THE PROPERTY. HE IS GOING TO GO BACK BY
AND CHECK. TOLD HIM THAT ONLY ACCESSORY
ON LAKE SIDE OR STREET SIDE CAN'T HAVE
ON BOTH AND THAT THE SET BACK ON STREET
SIDE WOULD BE 25' FROM FRONT PROPERTY
LINE. HE IS GOING TO DOUBLE CHECK WITH
ZONING ON THAT SETBACK, HE THOUGHT IT
WAS 7 1/2 FEET FROM STREET SIDE PROPERTY
LINE IF ACCESSORY IN FRONT YARD. HE
MEETS SIDE YARD BUT NOT FRONT. HE WILL
TALK WITH THE OWNER AND MAY APPLY FOR
