TO MY FINDINGS. THE HOUSE IS HABITABLE
BUT DOES NEED EXISTING CRACKS REPAIRED
TO PREVENT WATER INTRUSION. I SPOKE
WITH THE REALTOR AND HE SAID THAT HE HAS
(2) BIDS FOR THESE REPAIRS ALREADY.
THIS SATISFIES THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT

INSPECTED THE HOUSE. I ONCE AGAIN TOLD
MR HAZELLIEF TO HAVE MR COOL CONTACT MR

CONCRETE BLOCK HOME WITH TRUSS ROOF
SYSTEM & SHINGLE ROOF COVERING. THE
HOME WAS LOCKED SO NO INTERIOR
INSPECTION WAS CONDUCTED.ALL DOORS AND
WINDOWS ARE IN PLACE AND APPEAR TO BE
IN WORKING ORDER.THERE WERE SOME CRACKS
NOTED IN THE BLOCK WALL AND PART OF THE
CONCRETE DRIVEWAY HAS BROKEN APART.
THERE ARE PILINGS IN PLACE ON THE SOUTH
AND WEST WALL WHERE SOMEONE PUT IN THESE
STABLIZERS TO STOP FURTHER PROBLEMS.
THE HOUSE APPEARS TO BE IN LIVABLE
CONDITION BUT I WOULD HAVE THE WALL
CHECKED TO MAKE SURE THERE IS NO NEW
SINKING OF THE WALL.
