INSPECTION WAS MADE. THE EXTERIOR WAS
IN GOOD CONDITIONS EXCEPT FOR THE REAR
DOOR. THIS DOOR HAS A ROTTEN BOTTOM
PANEL AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. THE
JAMB ALSO HAS ROTTEN WOOD AND NEED TO BE
REPLACED. ALL THE WINDOWS WERE INTACT
AND APPREAR TO OPERATE PROPERLY.
