CITED THEM AT THAT TIME. I EXPLAINED TO
HER THAT THE PROPERTY APPR. WEBSITE DOES
NOT SHOW A SHED AND I AM NOT AWARE HOW
LONG THE SHED WAS ON THE PROPERTY. MS.
MOORE STATED THAT THE VEHICLE STILL DOES
NOT HAVE A LEGAL TAG AND SHE CAN NOT
AFFORD TO PURCHASE THE TAG OR PAY THE
LIEN. SHE ADVISED ME THAT APRIL WAS
RUDE TO HER AND SHE DIDN'T EXPLAIN HOW
TO CONTEST THE CIT. I ADVISED HER IF
THE VEHICLE DOES NOT HAVE A TAG, THAT
CONTESTING THE VIOLATION WOULD NOT
BENEFIT HER AS THE S.M. HAS TO ENFORCE
THE COUNTY REGULATIONS. WE DISCUSSED
TRESPASSING LAWS AND I EXPLAINED THAT A
CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER IS ALLOWED TO
DRIVE ON THE DRIVEWAY AND GO TO THE
FRONT DOOR OF THE DWELLING. MS. MOORE
ADVISED ME THAT SHE DOES NOT WANT
ANOTHER CODE OFFICER ON HER PROPERTY OR
SHE WILL CALL THE S.O. SHE ASKED ME IF I
UNDERSTOOD AND I SAID YES. THEN SHE HUNG
UP ON ME.
