ROOF SYSTEM HAS SEVERAL ROTTEN RAFTERS
IN IT AND SOME HAVE ALREADY BROKEN
APART. THERE ARE NO WINDOWS OR DOORS IN
THE BUILDING AND ALL PLUMBING AND
ELECTRIC WIRING HAS BEEN REMOVED. THE
SAME RULE APPLIES TO THIS STRUCTURE AS
WELL AS THE "WEST BUILDING" WHICH
INVOLVED OVER 50% OF THE BUILDING AREA
WHICH REQUIRES THE ENTIRE BUILDING TO
MEET THE NEW CODE REQUIREMENTS. AGAIN
IT WOULD BE CHEAPER TO REMOVE THE ENTIRE
STRUCTURE AND START OVER.
