ROADWAYS OF SELAH WAY ARE PRIVATE. THAT
THIS COMPLAINT WAS A CIVIL MATTER.

CONSULTED WITH COUNTY ATTORNEY, MR.ROSS
MACBETH. PER ROSS'S INTERPETATION THE
ROADS ARE PRIVATE, NOT COUNTY MAINTAINED
AND THIS ISSUE WOULD BE A CIVIL MATTER
BETWEEN THE RESIDENTS. APRIL AND I
CALLED MR.L. LUEPSCHEN AND TOLD HIM OF
THE RESULT OF OUR INITIAL
INVESTIGATION. DUE TO THESE FINDING THIS
CASE IS CLOSED. CPK

THE ROADWAY TO KEEP PEOPLE FROM DRIVING
CLOSE TO HIS FENCE LINE (ON RIGHT OF
WAY). THIS IS A PRIVATE ROAD BUT HE
NEEDS TO ALLOW ACCESS TO EVERYONE.
