ROOF ON THE MAIN PART OF THE HOME IS
SHOWING SIGNS OF LEAKS WITH WEAK AREAS
BETWEEN THE RAFTER SUPPORTS. THERE IS
AN OLD METAL SHED IN THE YARD THAT IS
RUSTING AWAY. THE ROOF & SIDE PANELS
HAVE SEVERAL HOLES IN THEM AND IT IS IN

THIS IS A CONCRETE BLOCK HOME IN RUNDOWN
CONDITION. THE HOME HAS A REAR PORCH ON
THE NORTH SIDE THAT HAS FALLEN DOWN DUE
TO ROTTEN SUPPORT TIMBERS. THE MAIN
HOUSE APPEARS TO BE STABLE WITH NO SIGNS
OF WEAK SHEATHING IN THE ROOF. THE
HOUSE WAS LOCKED AND ALL WINDOWS WERE
COVERED OVER, SO NO INTERIOR INSPECTION
WAS MADE. THE YARD IS VERY OVERGROWN
WITH TREES AND LIMBS. THE WINDOWS AND
DOORS WERE INTACT AND IN PLACE. THE
DEBRIS AND ROTTEN WOOD FROM THE PORCH
ROOF AND WALLS NEEDS TO BE CLEANED UP
AND REMOVED FROM THE AREA. THE ROOF AT
THE FRONT DOOR ENTRY IS ROTTING AWAY
ALSO AND IS BEGINNING TO FALL DOWN.
