WOOD FRAME ROOM ADDITION ON THE NORTH
SIDE OF THE HOME AND A VINYL PANEL
SCREEN ROOM ON THE FRONT (SOUTH) SIDE.
THE HOUSE WAS LOCKED AND THE WINDOWS
WERE COVERED, SO THERE WAS NO INTERIOR
INSPECTION. THE FRONT AND REAR DOORS
WERE IN PLACE AND ALL THE WINDOWS HAD
GLASS IN THEM, THERE WERE TWO SCREENS
MISSING. THE ROOF HAS A RUBBER MEMBRANE
FINISH AND APPEARS TO BE IN GOOD
CONDITION. THE VINYL PANELS ON THE
FRONT PORCH HAVE SPLIT AND ARE CUT IN
SEVERAL PLACES. SOME ONE HAS TAKEN
PIECES OF ALUMINUM SIDING AND SCREWED IT
OVER THE OUTSIDE OF THE PANELS TO CLOSE
UP THE OPEN HOLES.

WAS OBTAINED FOR THE WORK TO BE DONE AND
WAS DONE BY AN UNLICENSED INDIVIDUAL.
THE GUEST BATHROOM IS IN A STATE OF
DECAY AND THE BATHTUB IS READY TO FALL
THROUGH THE FLOOR." TED
