I FOUND A NEW DOOR ON THE REAR OF THE
HOME AND THE DRYWALL CEILING ON THE
PATIO HAS BEEN REMOVED. THEY NEED TO
SEAL OFF THE SPACE THAT OPENS TO THE
ATTIC AREA OR INSTALL NEW CEILING IN THE
PATIO. STILL NEEDS A BLANK COVER ON THE
BOX WHERE THE RECEPTACLE IS MISSING OR
INSTALL A RECEPTACLE. THE KITCHEN
CEILING HAS BEEN REPAIRED AND THE
INTERIOR HAS NEW PAINT AND NEW CARPET.
WITH THE PATIO AREA SEALED OFF AND A
BLANK PLATE INSTALLED, THIS WILL
COMPLETE THE NEEDED REPAIRS.

THIS IS A CONCRETE BLOCK HOME WITH A
METAL ROOF. IT IS IN GOOD CONDITION
OVERALL. THERE IS A LEAK IN THE KITCHEN
AREA AND THE DRYWALL HAS FALLEN DOWN IN
ONE SMALL AREA. THE REAR PORCH HAS
DRYWALL IN THE CEILING AND ONE SHEET HAS
FALLEN DOWN. THERE ARE SEVERAL WASP
NEST ON THE CEILING ALSO. THE REAR DOOR
TO THE HOME HAS BEEN HELD IN PLACE WITH
NAILS INTO THE JAMB AND BENT OVER THE
DOOR. THE HINGES ARE MISSING ON THE
DOOR SIDE AND THE METAL DOOR COVERING IS
PEELING AWAY. THERE IS AN ELECTRICAL
RECEPTACLE MISSIN ON THE BACK PORCH
ALSO. THE WIRES NEED TO HAVE WIRE NUTS
PUT ON THEM AND A BLANK PLATE OVER THE
BOX IF THE RECEPTACLE IS NOT REPLACED.
THERE ARE SOME PIECES OF FLOOR TILE
MISSING IN THE LIVING ROOM AND THE
CARPET HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM TWO
BEDROOMS. THE FRONT DOOR & REAR SLIDING
DOOR ARE IN PLACE AND ARE WORKING. THE
WINDOWS ARE INTACT & WILL OPEN AND
CLOSE. REPAIRS ARE NEEDED TO THE ABOVE
LISTED ITEMS TO MAKE THE HOME USEABLE
AGAIN.
