OR ANCHORING METHOD FOUND BETWEEN THE
ROOF SUPPORT BEAMS AND THE LOAD BEARING
WALLS EXCEPT FOR SOME ?TOENAIL?
ATTACHMENT. THIS HELD TRUE FOR BOTH
THE
INTERIOR BEARING WALLS AND THE EXTERIOR
WALLS. THERE WERE SEVERAL CRACKS IN THE
INTERIOR WALL WHERE IT APPEARS THE WALL
SEPARATED FROM THE PRESSURE EXERTED ON
IT. I DID NOT FIND ANY VERTICAL
REINFORCEMENT IN THESE WALLS.IN ITS
PRESENT CONDITION THIS IS A DANGEROUS
AND UNSAFE STRUCTURE PER HIGHLANDS
COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES, SECTION
12.19.500 AND MUST BE CONDEMNED. THIS
BUILDING IS A HAZARD TO THE OCCUPANTS.
