04-11-201807:23 PMUPDATE/NOTESTHIS IS AN OLD CASE FROM 2012. I MADE
SITE VISIT TODAY. THIS IS AN OLDER MODEL
MOBILE HOME IN FAIR CONDITION. IT IS
APPARENTLY ABANDONED. THERE IS CURRENTLY
NO POWER TO THE UNIT. UNIT IS
STRUCTURALLY SOUND WITH NO BROKEN OR
MISSING GLASS IN WINDOW UNITS. THE
WINDOW A/C UNIT HAS PERTIALLY FALLEN
FROM THE HOUSING. UNIT HAS AN ALUMINUM
ROOF OVER SYSTEM. THE FRONT ENTRY DOOR
IS LOCKED AND SECURED. THE METAL ROOFED
CARPORT ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE UNITIS
IN VERY POOR CONDITION AND WILL NEED TO
BE DISMANTLED AND REMOVED FROM THE SITE.
THERE IS ALSO A SHED STRUCTURE AND A
METAL CARPORT ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE
PROPERTY THAT ARE IN FAIR CONDITION.
THESE TWO ACCESSORY STRUCTURES DO NOT
PROVIDE HAZARDOUS CONDITION AND CAN
REMAIN. THE ENTRY DOOR ON THE EAST SIDE
OF THE MOBILE UNIT UNDER THE CARPORT WAS
UNLOCKED AND WHEN I TESTED IT FOR
ACCESSIBILITY IT OPENED AND FELL OUT OF
THE FRAME. THE SCREWS THROUGH THE HINGES
PULLED FROM THE DOOR FRAME. SECTION
12.19.305 (K & L) WITH OPEN STRUCTURE I
MADE INTERIOR INSPECTION AND FOUND THE
PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS INTACT.
THERE IS DAMAGE TO THE CEILINGS. THE
CEILING IS FINISHED WITH PANELING. THIS
PANELING HAS GOTTEN WET AT SOME POINT
AND THE PANELING HAS DETERIORATED. IT IS
SAGGING AND DELAMINATED BUT HAS NOT
FALLEN. ALTHOUGH THIS SHOWS SIGN OF
WATER INTRUSION I COULD NOT FIND WET
AREAS. THE FLOORS WERE NOT WET NOR
DETERIORATED AS WOULD BE EXPECTED IF
WATER INTRUSION HAS CONTINUED. THIS
LEADS ME TO BELIEVE THAT THE ALUMINUM
ROOF OVER SYSTEM HAS STOPPED LEAKAGE.
UNIT AND SHED STRUCTURE HAS BELONGINGS
THAT HAVE APPARENTLY BEEN LEFT WHEN
ABANDONED. THE CARPORT STRUCTURE WILL
HAVE TO BE REMOVED AND THE MOBILE UNIT
LOCKED AND SECURED FROM ENTRY. SECTION
12.19.305 (E) ROOFS. I WILL SEND A COPY
OF THIS REPORT TO OWNER OF RECORD.

AT THIS ADDRESS I FOUND A SINGLE WIDE MH
WITH A WOOD FRAMED SITE BUILT ADDITION
ON THE FRONT (NORTH) SIDE OF THE MH.
THERE WAS A SITE BUILT CARPORT ROOF ON
THE EAST END OF THE MH AND A METAL POLE
WITH METAL ROOF CARPORT ADDED ON THE END
OF THE FIRST CARPORT. THERE IS A 12X12
METAL SHED ON THE SE CORNER OF THE
PROPERTY. THERE IS A FENCE RUNNING DOWN
THE EAST SIDE OF THE PROPERTY AND ABOUT
HALFWAY DOWN THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE
PROPERTY. IF YOU ASSUME THE FENCE IS
INSTALLED ON THE PROPERTY LINE, THE
METAL POLE STRUCTURE IS LOCATED WITHIN
8"INCHES OF THE FENCE ON THE EAST SIDE,
AND 16 FT FROM THE SOUTH FENCE. THE
METAL SHED IS LCOATED FOUR(4)FT FROM THE
EAST FENCE AND 42"(INCHES) FROM THE
SOUTH FENCE. THERE WERE NO PERMITS FOUND
FOR THE METAL POLE CARPORT OR THE METAL
SHED.
