THE INTERIOR WALL FINISH TO BE DONE.
THE HOME WAS LOCKED BUT MOST WINDOWS
WERE OPEN TO SEE THE INTERIOR. THERE
WERE NO SIGNS OF LEAKS NOTED ON THE
CEILING OR WALLS. THERE ARE TWO
OPENINGS IN THE EXTERIOR WALL THAT HAVE
BEEN BOARDED OVER. ONE APPEARS TO BE A
GARAGE DOOR AND THE OTHER WAS A SLIDING
DOOR OPENING. THESE NEED TO BE REPAIRED
AND CLOSED UP CORRECTLY. THERE ARE TWO
METAL SHEDS IN THE YARD THAT APPEAR TO
BE ANCHORED; THE LARGER OF THE TWO NEEDS
TO BE CLEANED AND PAINTED TO PREVENT
RUSTING OF THE ROOF AND WALLS. EXCEPT
FOR THE INTERIOR WORK NOT BEING
COMPLETED I SAW NO PROBLEMS WITH THE
BUILDINGS.
