THERE WERE TWO SHEDS ON THE PROPERTY
ALSO. THE OWNER SAID THAT THE NORTH
FENCE AND THE SHEDS WERE ON THE PROPERTY
WHEN HE BOUGHT THE HOME. HE SAID HE
CALLED ABOUT THE TWO NEW SECTIONS AND
WAS TOLD NO PERMIT WAS NEEDED JUST TO
ADD THEM. THE DECK AREA IN FRONT OF ONE
SHED IS SMALL AND IS USED TO REPAIR
MOWERS ON TO KEEP THEM OUT OF THE SAND.
I TOLD HIM TO PERMIT ANYTHING NEW HE
BUILDS ON THE PROPERTY FROM NOW ON AND
HE ASSURED ME THAT HE WOULD.

OVERHANG ON CARPORT. THERE IS A NEW
WOOD DECK UP AGAINST THE FRONT OF THE
SHED WITH A RAMP GOING UP IT. TOLD
OWNER THAT THEY SHOULD GET A PERMIT FOR
THE NEW DECK OR REMOVE IT. OWNER BECAME
UPSET AND ORDERED THE INSPECTOR OFF OF
HER PROPERTY. RFS GAVE THE OWNER THE
NAME OF HIS SUPERVISOR (MR. MOSELEY) SO
THAT SHE COULD CALL HIM IF NEED BE.
THERE IS ALSO A 6'HIGH FENCE ON PROPERTY
WITHOUT A PERMIT AS WELL.
