PLACE CONDEMNED. TRAILER IS FALLING APART, IT'S
ROTTEN, MOLD, SHOWER FALLING IN, TOILET FALLING IN
ETC.

TO INSPECT THE MOBILE HOME AT 2217
WHISPERING PINES DR. THE CALLER STATED
THE MOBILE HOME WAS IN BAD CONDITION
AND WAS FALLING APART. I FOUND AN OLDER
MODEL SINGLE WIDE MOBILE HOME IN FAIR
CONDITION. THE ROOF WAS A SINGLE PLY
RUBBER MEMBRANE THAT APPEARED TO BE IN
GOOD CONDITION. THERE WAS A WOMAN
SITTING ON THE SCREEN PORCH WHEN I
ARRIVED AND ASKED ME TO COME IN. A MAN
WHO INTRODUCED HIMSELF AS GARY LAW CAME
TO THE DOOR AND SAID I COULD NOT COME
INSIDE. I MADE AN EXTERIOR INSPECTION
OF THE UNIT AND FOUND ALL GLASS TO BE
INTACT AND BOTH DOORS IN WORKING
CONDITION. I LOOKED IN TWO WINDOWS AND
SAW NO SIGN OF ROOF LEAKS OR WALL OR
FLOOR DAMAGE. I RETURNED TO THE PORCH
AND WAS TOLD I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF A
DOMESTIC DISPUTE BY MR. LAW. I ASKED IF
I COULD LOOK INSIDE FROM THE DOORWAY
AND HE AGREED. THE FLOOR, WALLS, AND
CEILING ALL APPEARED TO BE IN GOOD
CONDITION
WITH NO SIGN OF LEAKS OR ROT. THE ONLY
PROBLEM I SAW WITH THE MOBILE HOME WAS
THERE WERE 3-4 WINDOWS THAT WERE PROPPED
OPEN WITH STICKS. MR. LAW SAID THE
OPERATORS WOULD NOT OPEN THEM BUT WOULD
KEEP THEM SHUT WHEN CLOSED. THE WOMAN
ON THE PORCH SAID SHE WAS RHONDA MOORE
AND SHE LIVED WITH MR. LAW BUT MR. LAW
WAS THE RENTER. SHE ASKED ME FOR A
BUSINESS CARD AND I TOLD HER I DID NOT
HAVE ONE BUT I WOULD BRING ONE BACK BY
AND LEAVE IT. SHE ASKED IF I WAS GOING
TO LEAVE A COPY OF ANY PAPER WORK AND I
TOLD HER I WOULD MAIL HER A COPY OF MY
REPORT WHEN I WROTE IT UP. SHE THEN
SAID SHE WAS CALLING THE OWNERS OF THE
MOBILE HOME TO SEE IF THEY WOULD ALLOW
ME TO ENTER. I TOLD HER I COULD SEE
FROM THE DOORWAY THAT THE MOBILE HOME
WAS NOT FALLING DOWN AS DESCRIBED. A
GLEN & MARY MORA SOON ARRIVED AND SAID
THEY WERE THE OWNERS OF THE MOBILE HOME
AND HAD RENTED IT TO MR. LAW. THEY SAID
THEY PREFERRED I NOT GO IN THE HOME. I
TOLD MS. MOORE I WOULD GET HER AND MR.
LAW A COPY OF THIS REPORT AND I WOULD
SEND ONE TO THE OWNERS OF THE PARK. SHE
AGAIN ASKED FOR A CARD AND I TOLD HER I
DID NOT HAVE ONE AT THE TIME BUT ASSURED
HER I WOULD GET HER ONE.
