OF USE IF NO PROTECTIVE FINISH IS
APPLIED. THERE WERE NO REFLECTIVE
MARKERS BUT THE DOCK WAS BUILT PRIOR TO
THE REQUIREMENT. I SAW NO VIOLATIONS AT
THIS TIME.
