THIS IS LOT #3, 2ND UNIT AFTER THE SWIMMING POOL.
CALLER STATED THAT THIS INDIVIDUAL IS A HOARDER
AND HAS TRASH/DEBRIS STREWN THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE
PROPERTY AS WELL AS INSIDE THE HOME AND THAT THERE
IS AN ELDERLY PERSON WHO WAS IN THE HOSPITAL DUE
TO TRIPPING OVER TRASH/DEBRIS IN HIS HOME. CALLER
WAS CONCERNED FOR THE SAFETY OF THE COMMUNITY DUE
TO THE POSSIBILITY OF HIGH WINDS BLOWING THIS
DEBRIS AROUND. SHE STATED THAT THE TRASH/DEBRIS
IN THE BUILDING IS PILED UP TO THE CEILINGS.
