TO REI WITH CLYDE. CALLER NOW VERY
CONCERNED THAT OWNER BURNS BRANCHES AND
OTHER YARD DEBRIS IN YARD ON A DAILY
BASIS WHICH CAUSES SMOKE TO DRIFT INTO
HIS PROPERTY WITH A VERY BAD SMELL.
ADVISED THAT FIRE DEPART MAY HAVE CODES
RELATING TO BURN PERMITS AND SETBACKS OF
BURN AREA, BUT THE SMELL OF A FIRE MAY
BE COVERED BY THE NUISANCE CODE, BUT WE
WOULD LOOK INTO COMPLAINT NEXT WEEK AND
NEED TO VERIFY VIOL WHEN CLYDE AND I
VISIT THE PROPERTY. ALSO ADVISED TO
CONTACT HEALTH DEPARTMENT IF HE IS
CONCERNED FOR HIS WELFARE, HE AGAIN
