APRIL HARTSEIL STATED THAT THE VIOLATION
FOR HIGH GRASS/WEEDS HAD BEEN CORRECTED
BUT THE VIOLATION FOR NUISANCE
ACCUMULATION STILL EXISTED. THE SPECIAL
MAGISTRATE FOUND THAT PROPER NOTICE OF
THE VIOLATIONS HAD BEEN PROVIDED TO THE
RESPONDENTS, THAT THE RESPONDENTS HAD
BEEN GIVEN A REASONABLE TIME TO CORRECT
THE VIOLATIONS, THAT THE VIOLATIONS
CONTINUED BEYOND THE TIME SPECIFIED FOR
CORRECTION, AND THAT PROPER NOTICE OF
THE HEARING WAS PROVIDED TO THE
RESPONDENTS. THE SPECIAL MAGISTRATE
ADMITTED ALL EXHIBITS INTO EVIDENCE.
FOLLOWING PETITIONER?S REQUEST, THE
