MORTGAGE HAD THIS PROPERTY SECURED THE
1ST OF MAY 2012. I FOUND A PUSHED IN
FRONT WINDOW,GLASS INTACT AND WAS ABLE
TO TAPE IT SOME WHAT CLOSED. THE
INGROUND SPA HAS SCREENING INCLOSURE
THAT IS DAMAGED ON THE ROOF OF THE
ENCLOSURE. DOOR IS LOCKED AND SCREENING
ON SIDES ARE INTACT.I WILL REQUEST A SHC
INSPECTION. I HAVE CALLED OCWEN'S
PROPERTY PRESERVATION AND REPORTED MY
FINDINGS. I SUGGESTED THEY COVER THE
SPA
IF REPLACING THE SCREENING IS AN ISSUE.
I WILL AWAIT THE RESULTS OF SY'S
INSPECTION. OCWEN REPORTED THEY WILL
HAVE SOME ONE OUT TO FIX THESE ISSUES.
