THIS IS A SINGLE WIDE MOBILE HOME THAT
IS FALLING APART. THE REAR HALF OF THE
SOUTH WALL HAS ROTTED AWAY AND IS
FALLING DOWN. THE ROOF ABOVE IT IS
COLLAPSING ALSO. THE FRONT HALF OF THE
NORTH SIDE IS IN THE SAME CONDITION.
THE WALL IS ROTTEN FROM TOP TO BOTTOM
AND THE FLOOR IS ROTTEN IN THESE AREAS
ALSO. DUE TO THE VERY UNSAFE CONDITION
OF THIS UNIT I RECOMMEND REMOVAL FROM
THE PROPERTY. THERE IS NO PERMIT TO
HAVE THIS ON SITE.

ACCORDING TO PROPERTY APPRAISER SITE -
THIS IS BUILDING #3: VIOLATES 12.19.500
- THIS IS AN OLD ABANDONED CONCRETE
BLOCK STRUCTURE IN VERY POOR CONDITION.
THE ROOF IS FALLING IN ACROSS THE
BUILDING DUE TO SEVERAL YEARS OF
LEAKAGE. THE INTERIOR WALL COVERING IS
FALLING OFF THE STUDS AND FURRING STRIPS
DUE TO BEING WET OVER AND OVER. THIS
APPEARS TO BE AN OLD DUPLEX APARTMENT
WITH BOTH SIDES IN BAD CONDITION. THERE
ARE SOME CRACKS IN THE EXTERIOR WALLS
AND AS THE FLAT ROOF CONTINUES TO ROT
AND FALL IN, THIS WILL ADD MORE PRESSURE
ON THE WALLS. DUE TO THE UNSAFE
CONDITION OF THIS STRUCTURE AND THE COST
TO BRING THE ENTIRE BUILDING UP TO
PRESENT CODE, I RECOMMEND REMOVAL FROM
THE PROPERTY.

MOBILE HOME #132: THIS IS A SINGLE WIDE
MOBILE HOME THAT IS LOCKED AND NO
INSPECTION COULD BE MADE. IT IS ON THE
PROPERTY WITH OUT A PERMIT AND NEEDS TO
BE REMOVED UNTIL A PERMIT IS OBTAINED.
