INTRODUCED SELF - SEEMS THERE IS A
NEIGHBORHOOD DISPUTE. ADVISED THAT I
DID NOT WALK PROPERTY AND STOOD ADJACENT
TO FRONT OF HOUSE IN CLEARED DRIVEWAY
AREA AND USED CAMERA TO VIEW YARD. HER
HUSBAND ALSO ARRIVED AND AGAIN ADVISED
VIOLATIONS I OBSERVED AND NATUE OF
COMPLAINT. HE STATED THAT THERE IS NO
ONE LIVING IN RVS OR RAW SEWAGE ON
GROUND, DID NOT LET ME WALK YARD AND
ADVISED THAT I WAS NOT ALLOWED ON
POPERTY WITHOU OWNER'S PRESENCE, STATED
THAT HE COLLECTS ANIQUE FARM EQUIPMENT
AND HAS A RACE CAR, ALL ALLOWED AND THAT
ALL OF HIS RVS, TRAILERS, AND STREET
EQUIPMENT IS PROPELY TAGGED AND THAT
THE RVS ARE SET UP FOR TOW AND IMMEDIATE
USE WHEN HE GOES TO SHOWS, EXAMPLE
FLYWHEELERS TRACTOR SHOW,. AS TO LARGE
COMMERCIAL TRAILES IN FRONT YARD THEY
ARE EXEMPT AS THEY ARE USED FOR TAKING
HIS TRACTORS TO SHOWS, BUT HE WILL CLEAR
AREA AND RELOCATE BEHIND WALL OF HOUSE
TO MEET SETBACKS, -------HE ALSO
ADMITTED THAT THERE WAS SOME DEBRIS IN
YARDD, AND THAT HE WOULD REMOVE THE
ITEMS AS REQUESTED. HE WANTED TO KNOW
WHO CALLED IN THE COMPLAINT AND I
ADVISED IT WAS UNKNOWN, HE THEN ASKED IF
IT WAS FEMALE I ADVISED THAT I DID SPEAK
TO A FEMALE, ON ONE TELEPHONE CALL./HO
