THE CAR INSIDE THE GARAGE. THIS WILL BE
DONE BY OR AROUND MARCH 1ST. GAVE

CARPORT WAS BUILT HE KNEW THAT IT DIDN'T
MEET SETBACKS. HE SAID THE OWNER TOLD
HIM THAT THE VARIANCE WAS APPROVED, AND
THAT HE COULD ONLY BUILD THE SIZE OF
CARPORT THAT HE BUILT. EXPLAINED TO HIM
THAT ON THE PLOT PLAN FOR SURVEY THAT
THE CARPORT WOULD MEET 25' IN FRONT AND
IT DOESN'T. HE SAID HE ALWAYS DRAWS IT
OUT THAT WAY? ALSO EXPLAINED THAT HE IS
IN VIOLATION FOR FALSIFYING THE PERMIT
AND THAT THE CARPORT HAS TO BE CORRECTED
BY REMOVING IT OR APPLYING FOR THE
VARIANCE AGAIN(WHICH IS NOT A GUARENTEE
THAT IT WOULD BE APPROVED). HE SAID HE
WOULD LIKE TO REMOVE IT BUT NOT SURE IF
THE OWNER WOULD ALLOW HIM. GAVE HIM THE
DAUGHTERS NAME AND NUMBER FOR HIM TO
GIVE HER A CALL. ASKED HIM TO CONTACT CE
NEXT WEEK TO GIVE UPDATE ON THEIR
CONVERSATION AND HE SAID HE WOULD. TOLD
HIM THAT A LETTER WOULD BE DAFTED IF THE
CARPORT IS NOT REMOVED. BSS 15 MINS.

DIDN'T REALLY UNDERSTAND WHAT A
VARIANCE IS. HE HAD ORIGINALLY ASKED
THE
BUILDER WHO BUILT HIS HOUSE THAT HE
ONLY
WANTED THE HOUSE IF HE COULD HAVE THE
CARPORT.SPOKE TO HIS DAUGHTER MARION
MCNEIL, 863-699-1837 WHO LIVES DOWN THE
STREET AT 62 VENTIEN PARKWAY. SHE KNOW
WHAT A VARIANCE IS, THOUGHT THE CARPORT
WAS
OKAY SINCE THE PERMIT WAS GIVEN.
ADVISED HER AND PARENTS TO SEEK AN
ATTORNEY FOR HELP WITH MATTER. TOLD
THEM HOW TO CORRECT WOULD BE REMOVE
CARPORT OR APPLY FOR VARIANCE AGAIN FOR
LESSER
SETBACKS BUT DID ADVISE REAPPLYING
DOESN'T GRANT THEM THE APPROVAL. WILL
SEND LETTER TO
OWNERS AND CC: DAUGHTER SO THEY CAN
TAKE TO ATTORNEY FOR LEGAL ADVISE.
