THERE IS A WOOD FRAME CARPORT BUILT ON
THE WEST SIDE OF THE HOME THAT HAS
TERMITE DAMAGE TO THE OUTSIDE BEAM. THE
BEAM HAS BEEN EATEN AWAY TO ONLY HALF OF
THE SPAN OF THE ROOF AND THE SHEATHING
BOARDS ARE ROTTING FROM ROOF LEAKS.
THIS CARPORT NEEDS REPAIRS DONE OR
REMOVED FROM THE SIDE OF THE HOME.
