LEAKS REPORTED. THE TOP PANE OF THE
FRONT WINDOW IS BROKEN BUT ALL OTHERS
WORK CORRECTLY. THE DOORS ARE IN GOOD
REPAIR WITH NO ROTTING ON THE FRAMES.
THE SCREEN PORCH HAS SOME RIPS IN TWO
SECTIONS AND THE SCREEN ON THE DOOR HAS
COME LOOSE. THE TENANT SAID THE
PLUMBING AND ELECTRIC WORKED FINE AND
