CONCRETE BLOCK HOME IN GOOD CONDITION.
IT IS EMPTY AND LOCKED SECURELY.
THEROOF IS IN GOOD CONDITION AND BY
LOOKING THRU THE OPEN WINDOWS I SAW NO
SIGNS OF LEAKS OR INTERIOR DAMAGE. THE
KITCHEN CABINETS ARE IN PLACE BUT
APPLIANCES ARE GONE. THERE IS SOME
PAINT SPRAYED ON THE INTERIOR WALL IN
ONE ROOM BUT THAT WAS THE ONLY PROBLEM
ON THE INSIDE OF THE HOME. THE POOL
CAGE HAS SEVERAL SECTIONS OF SCREEN
MISSING AND WILL NEED TO BE REPAIRED.
THERE IS A BARRIER OVER THE POOL TO
PREVENT ANYONE FROM FALLING INTO THE
POOL. OTHER THAN SOME INTERIOR PAINTING
AND THE SCREEN REPAIRS TO THE POOL CAGE
I FOUND NO OTHER PROBLEMS. WITH THE
INSTALLATION OF THE WOODEN FRAMEWORK
OVER THE POOL AREA, THIS MAKES THE POOL
AREA SAFE. THE SCREEN PANELS ARE STILL
MISSING IN SOME PLACES, BUT THE POOL IS
SAFE DUE TO THE BARRIER THAT IS IN PLACE
OVER THE POOL.
