DUE TO THE LOT SIZE THE ONLY PERMISSIBLE
PLACE TO PAARK THE VESSEL WAS IN HUS
REAR YARD. SET BACKS WERE EXPLAINED
THAT 25 FEET REQUIRED FROM FRONT
PROPERTY LINE, 7 1/2 FEET FROM SIDE AND
REAR PROPERTY LINES AND BEHIND FRONT
WALL OF HOUSE AS VESSELL IS OVER 18 FT
IN LENGTH AND OVER 6 FOOT IN HEIGHT.
ALSO PROVIDED COPY OF ORDINANCE TO
OWNER. AS WE WERE WRITING A WARNING
CITATION, HE STATED HE HAD TO LEAVE AND
DROVE OFF. WE POSTED W/CIT ON
