(P), (Q): THIS IS AN OLD WOOD FRAME HOME
IN VERY POOR CONDITION. THE FRONT PORCH
HAS A NEW LAYER OF PLYWOOD ON THE FLOOR
OVER THE OLD FLOOR JOISTS. THE SIDE
WALLS ARE ROTTED AND THE ROOF IS IN VERY
POOR CONDITION. THE FLOOR IN THE MAIN
HOUSE IS VERY WEAK AND IN SEVERAL PLACES
COULD PROBABLY BE BROKEN THROUGH. THE
BATHROOM FLOOR HAS A ROTTEN SPOT JUST AS
YOU ENTER FROM THE HALL. THE BACK PORCH
HAS A CONCRETE FLOOR, BUT THE WALLS AND
ROOF ARE IN VERY BAD CONDITION FROM
CONSTANT LEAKING. THE WOODEN CEILING IS
ROTTING AND FALLING DOWN AND THE RAFTERS
ARE ROTTEN ALSO. THE OVERHANG AROUND
THE HOME IS ROTTEN AND SOME PIECES HAVE
STARTED FALLING DOWN. THE WOOD SIDING
IS SPLIT AND CRACKED AND CAN NO LONGER
KEEP WATER OUT OF THE WALLS AND THIS
ALLOWS THE BOTTOM WALL PLATE TO ROT AND
THE STUDS AS WELL. THE ELECTRIC IS VERY
OLD AND SPARSE WITH EXTENSION CORDS RUN
ALL OVER EACH ROOM. DUE TO THE UNSAFE
CONDITION OF THE FLOORS AND ROOF SYSTEM
AND THE UNSAFE ELECTRICAL CONDITION I
RECOMMEND REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY.
