ROOM/LAUNDRY AREA ON THE EAST SIDE THAT
NEEDS TO BE REMOVED. THE BOTTOM PLATE
THAT THE STUDS CONNECT TO IS ROTTED AWAY
AND THE WALL PUSHES IN AND OUT. THE PAN
ROOF COULD BE SAVED IF A PERMIT IS
ISSUED TO RESUPPORT THE ROOF WITH
ALUMINUM POSTS AND BEAMS. IT MAY NOT BE
WORTH THE MONEY TO SAVE IT. ON THE WEST
SIDE THERE IS AN ADDITION BUILT ON THAT
HAS SEVERAL BAD LEAKS IN IT. THE
CEILING IS PLYWOOD AND HAS BUCKLED AND
BOWED DUE TO BEING WET SEVERAL TIMES.
THIS HOME IS VERY CLOSE TO BEING OF ZERO
VALUE AND BEING REMOVED IF REPAIRS ARE
NOT MADE SOON.
