HIS TRAILER. FOR THE DAYS WORK ONLY HE
STATED. NO EQUIPMENT IS SET UP IN HIS
GARAGE. HE WORKS FROM HIS TRAILER. AS HE
IS WORKING AT THE PROPERTY PARKED IN THE
DRIVE WAY AS HE WOULD FOR ANY CUSTOMER
AND STATES THE TRAILER WILL BE GONE AT
THE END OF THE WORK DAY. I FOUND NO
VIOLATION. I DID SUPPLY MR REID WITH A
COPY OF THE CO FOR HOME OCCUPATION AND
COMMERCIAL VEH. PARKING. PHOTOS WERE
TAKEN. MR REID INVITED ME INTO HIS HOUSE
AND SHOWED ME THE WORK HE WAS DOING. CPK

THAT BUILDING ITEMS IN HIS GARAGE TO
SELL ELSEWHERE OR FROM HIS YARD WAS
PROHIBITED. HE WAS NOT PL WAS AWARE OF
THE COMPLAINT REFERENCE HIS TRAILER. HE
STATED THAT THE HOME OWNERS RULES AND
REGULATIONS DID NOT PROHIBIT ANY OF OUR
ORDINANCES. I EXPLAINED THAT HOME OWNER
ASSOCIATION REG.S AND RULES HAVE NOTHING
TO DO WITH COUNTY ORDINANCES. HE LEFT
AFTER I STATED I HAD HOPED BY INFORMING
HIM OF THE COMPLAINTS AND IF HE WAS IN
VIOLATION OF THEM THAT WE COULD HAVE
COMPLIANCE WITHOUT A WRITTEN CITAION.
