VERBAL AGREEMENT. THIS IS SOMETHING THAT
WAS RESEARCHED AND CE WOULD NOT BE ABLE
TO ENFORCE BY LDR DUE TO BEING BUILT
PRIOR TO THAT CODE. CALLED MRS. COLLINS,

THEY WERE PLEASED WITH WHAT HAD BEEN
DONE TO FIX THE HEDGE. BSS
