SINGLE WIDE MOBILE HOME THAT IS
BEGINNING TO DECAY. THE CEILING HAS
LEAKS THROUGHOUT AND THE WALL COVERING
IS BUCKLING FROM WATER LEAKAGE. THE
SHINGLE ROOF IS OLD AND DRIED OUT AND
THERE ARE DIPS IN THE SHEATHING BETWEEN
THE RAFTERS. THE FLOOR HAS NOT YET
ROTTED AWAY BUT IT WILL BE ONLY A MATTER
OF TIME BEFORE IT DOES. THERE IS A WOOD
FRAME PORCH BUILT ON THE NORTH SIDE OF
THE MOBILE HOME THAT IS IN BAD CONDITION
ALSO. DUE TO THE WORSENING CONDITIONS
OF THIS STRUCTURE I RECOMMEND REMOVAL
FROM THE SITE.

CEILING SHOWS LEAKS ALL OVER THE HOME.
THE SOUTH WALL HAS ROTTED AWAY
INCLUDING
THE WALL STUDS. THE KITCHEN FLOOOR HAS
ROTTED THROUGH TO THE GROUND. THERE IS
A SMALL WOOD FRAME ADDITION ON THE
SOUTH
WALL THAT IS ROTTING ALSO. THE WALL
COVERING AND CEILING ARE FALLING DOWN.
DUE TO THE VERY UNSAFE CONDITION OF THE
STRUCTURE I RECOMMEND REMOVAL FROM THE
PROPERTY.
