THIS IS A SINGLE WIDE MOBILE HOME IN
VERY POOO CONDITION. THERE ARE SEVERAL
LEAKS THROUGHOUT THE HOME AND THE WALLS
HAVE ROTTED AWAY FROM THE FLOOR
CONNECTION. THE CEILING HAS FALLEN
DOWN
IN SEVERAL PLACES DUE TO THE ROOF
LEAKS.
THERE IS A WOOD FRAME PORCH AND ROOM
ADDITION ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE HOME
IN
VERY BAD CONDITION ALSO. THE FLOOR
JOIST ARE ROTTEN AND THE BEAM THAT
SUPPORTTS THE WALL HAS ROTTTD AND
BROKEN
CAUSING THE WALL AND ROOF TO SAG. THE
STRAPPING ANCHORING THE MOBILE HOME IN
PLACE HAS RUSTED AND BROKEN OFF FROM
THE
ANCHORS. DUE TO THE UNSAFE CONDITION
OF
THE MOBILE HOME AND ADDITION I
RECCOMEND
REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY.
