BUCKETS, APPLIANCE HE WAS WORKING ON FOR
A NEIGHBOR, WHICH IS NOW GONE. EXPLAINED
THAT ONCE A CODE IS GIVEN AS A WRITTEN
WARNING THAT WARNING IS GOOD FOR ONE
YEAR AND ONCE A CITATION IS WRITTEN AND
HE PAYS OR SM ORDER THAN IT IS GOOD FOR
YRS. THAT WAS EXPLAINED IN DEPTH TO HIM.
HE FELT CE WALKED ONTO HIS NEIGHBORS
PROPERTY AND HE SAID NEIGHBOR DOESN'T
PERMIT CE IN HIS YARD. TOLD HIM THAT
BACK LAST YEAR THE NEIGHBOR DID GIVE CE
PERMISSION AND HE FEELS THAT IS NOT
TRUE. ASKED IF YARD WAS CORRECTED AND
HE SAID NO, HE HAS BEEN OUT OF TOWN FOR
HOLIDAY. CORRECTION DATE WAS 12-21-12
AND HE SAID HE WOULD START WORKING ON IT
TODAY. TOLD HIM THAT CE WOULD PROBABLY
