MET SETBACKS. EXPLAINED TO HIM NO. GAVE
HIM A COPY OF THE BASE BUILDING LINE
CODE. ALSO WROTE A NOTE FOR HIM OF ALL
VIOLATIONS, AT HIS REQUEST. HE WANTS TO
POSSIBLY MOVE THE SHED TO MEET SETBACKS
AND ADD ONTO THE SHED TO DECLARE THAT
AS
HIS LIVING AREA FOR A HOUSE. ADVISED TO
MEET BUILDING AND ZONING CODES. HE ALSO
MENTIONED MOVING ON ANOTHER MOBILE
HOME.
TOLD HIM THAT THE SHED STILL WOULD NOT
MEET SETBACKS BUT WOULD HAVE TO BE
MOVED, OR PLACE MH AND THEN APPLY FOR
VARIANCE, THAT HE CAN'T APPLY FOR
VARIANCE NOW DUE TO STRUCTURE ON
VACANT.
HE WAS LOUD TODAY BUT NOT BELIGERENT.
HE CONTINUED TO COMPLAIN ABOUT OTHER
PLACES IN SUBDIVISION BUT WE WOULD
BRING
BACK TO HIS VIOLATIONS AND ASKED HIM TO
STICK TO ONE SUBJECT AT A TIME. HE DID
SAY HE GOT HIS QUESTIONS ANSWERED BUT
WAS UPSET AT THE ANSWERS. ESPECIALLY
THE
SHED ISSUE. HE LEFT AND WENT TO
BUILDING
DEPT. SOMEONE DID CALL LAW ENFORCEMENT
TO COME ASSIST, THOUGHT HE WAS BEING
BELIGERENT. NO ENFORCEMENT NEEDED AND
HE
LEFT AFTER HIS VISIT IN BLD. DEPT.
