ADJACENT PROPERTIES AND UTILITY
PLACEMENTS AND ISSUED WARNINIG CITATIONS
FOR THOSES STRUCTURES THAT WERE IN
OBIVIOUS VIOLATION OF SETBACKS. HE
WANTED TO KNOW IF WE DUG UP SURVEY
MARKERS PRIOR TO POSTINGS, ADVISED NO,
INDICATED THAT UNLESS WE SURVEYED THE
PROPERTY NO CITES SHOULD BE LISTED AND
WE WOULD LOSE IN COURT. HE WAS UPSET AND
STATED THAT HE WAS A COP AND OUR GUESSES
WOULD NOT STAND UP IN COURT, HE WAS
SPECIFICALLY FRUSTRATED WITH THIS
PROPERTY AS HE INDICATED IT WOULD COST
