ARE SEVERAL WINDOWS BROKEN OUT AND SOME
ARE BOARDED OVER. THE SLIDING GLASS
DOOR ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE HOME IS
ROTTING AWAY. THE BOTTOM RIM JOIST IS
GONE AND THE FRAME IS HELD UP BY BOARDS
PLACED UNDER IT. THERE IS AN ADDITION
BUILT ON THE SOUTH WEST CORNER OF THE
MOBILE IN VERY POOR CONDITION. THE
FLOOR SYSTEM AND WEST WALL APPEARS TO BE
IN VERY BAD CONDITION. THE FLOOR HAS
ROTTED AWAY UNDER THE WATER HEATER AND
IS HELD UP BY TWO BOARDS LAYING ACROSS
THE OLD FLOOR. THE TUB DOES NOT HAVE
ANY FLOOR UNDER IT AND IS SUPPORTED BY
(3) BOARDS UNDER IT. THE SHOWER FLOOR
HAS NO DRAIN AND JUST RUNS BACKOUT ON
THE BATHROOM FLOOR. THERE ARE SEVERAL
LEAKS AND MOST WINDOW SECTIONS HAVE
ROTTED AWAY FROM THE FLOOR. THERE ARE
SEVERAL RECEPTACLES MISSING IN THE HOME
AND EXPOSED WIRES ARE IN THEM. THE
UNSAFE AND DANGEROUS CONDITION OF THIS
UNIT REQUIRES IT TO BE REMOVED FROM THE
PROPERTY.
