REPORTED ON THIS HOME IN 2006 AND IT HAS
REMAINED EMPTY AND NO IMPROVEMENTS HAVE
BEEN MADE TO IT. CODE ENFORCEMENT
OFFICERS SEALED OFF THE EXTERIOR POOL
DOOR TO PREVENT ENTRY INTO THE POOL
AREA. THE FRONT DOOR TO THE HOME IS
OPEN AND THE REAR SLIDING GLASS DOORS
HAVE BEEN REMOVED. THE HOME IS FULL OF
OLD BEDS AND TRASH BAGS. THE BAGS HAVE
HOLES IN THEM FROM RODENTS. THERE ARE
SEVERAL AREAS WHERE THE CEILING IS WET
AND MILDEWED DUE TO ROOF LEAKS. THE
SOUTH SIDE OF THE ROOF HAS ROTTEN
SHEATHING ON IT AND THE RAFTERS HAVE
BEGUN TO ROT AWAY. THE FASCIA BOARD IS
ROTTEN AND THE ALUMINUM SOFFITT AND
FASCIA HAS FALLEN OFF ON THE WEST AND
SOUTH SIDE. SINCE NO ATTEMPT AT REPAIRS
HAVE BEEN MADE AND THE ROOF IS NOW IN
VERY POOR CONDITION, I RECOMMEND REMOVAL
FROM THE PROPERTY DUE TO UNSAFE AND
UNSANITARY CONDITIONS OF THE HOME.
