THIS IS AN OLDER SINGLE WIDE MOBILE HOME
IN FAIR CONDITION. ALL WINDOWS ARE IN
PLACE, BUT SOME SCREENS ARE MISSING.
THE FRONT DOOR IS IN GOOD CONDITION, BUT
THE REAR DOOR DOES NOT STAY CLOSED SO IT
IS TIED SHUT WITH A PIECE OF ROPE.
THERE IS A HOLE IN THE FLOOR IN FRONT OF
THE BATHROOM DOOR THAT NEEDS TO BE
REPAIRED. THERE ARE TWO SMALL HOLES IN
THE WALL AT FLOOR LEVEL WHERE IT APPEARS
A DOG HAS CHEWED THE WALL COVERING. THE
HOME HAS ELECTRICITY & RUNNING WATER AND
DRAINS APPEAR TO WORK CORRECTLY. OWNER
NEEDS TO REPAIR/REPLACE THE REAR DOOR,
PATCH HOLES IN FLOOR AND TEH WALLS TO
CORRECT THESE PROBLEMS.
