RESIDENCE WITH MASONITE SIDING ON
EXTERIOR WALLS. THE HOME IS IN FAIR
CONDITION WITH ONE LEAK NOTED ON THE
REAR OF THE HOME WHERE THE SCREEN PORCH
JOINS THE HOME. THERE IS AN 8X8 ROOM
WITH A SMALL SECTION OF THE CEILING HAS
FALLEN DOWN. THE REST OF THE HOME HAD
NO SIGNS OF LEAKS. THE BOTTOM EDGE OF
THE SIDING IS STARTING TO DETERIOATE AND
NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED. ALL WINDOWS AND
DOORS ARE IN PLACE AND APPEAR TO WORK
PROPERLY. THE SCREENS HAVE BEEN REMOVED
AND PLACED ON THE REAR SCREEN PORCH.
WITH REPAIRS TO THE SIDING AND THE ROOF
OVER THE SMALL ROOM THIS WOULD COMPLETE
ALL ITEMS NOTED.
