ROOF COVERING. THE HOME IS IN GOOD
CONDITION OVERALL WITH TWO BROKEN WINDOW
PANES THAT NEED TO BE REPAIRED. THERE
IS A SMALL SECTION OF CEILING DRYWALL
THAT HAS A HOLE IN THE LIVING ROOM AREA.
THERE ARE ALSO THREE SMALL HOLES IN THE
CLOSET OF THE S.W. BEDROOM. ALL
EXTERIOR DOORS ARE IN PLACE AND IN
WORKING ORDER. THERE IS SOME TRASH AND
DEBRIS IN THE HOME THAT NEEDS TO BE
CLEANED UP. THE GARAGE DOOR IS IN PLACE
BUT HAS BEEN FRAMED OVER ON THE INTERIOR
SIDE TO CREATE A DEN AREA. THE DOOR
CLOSER AND DOOR TRACK IS STILL IN PLACE.
THERE IS A SCREEN AREA AROUND THE POOL
THAT NEEDS TO HAVE THE SCREEN REPAIRED
IN TWO SECTIONS. THE DOORS ARE IN PLACE
AND ARE WORKING PROPERLY. SOME MINOR
REPAIRS SHOULD RESTORE THIS HOME TO
USABLE CONDITION.
